If you're a customer, your payment plan is managed by the merchant you purchased from. If you're a merchant, FlexiLay support helps with onboarding, integrations, and platform setup.

Important

Your payment plan is an agreement between you and the merchant you made the purchase or invoice with. For questions about your order, invoice, fulfilment, refunds, or plan terms, please contact the store or business directly.

FlexiLay provides the payment scheduling platform and supports merchants using the system. Payments are processed via Stripe — FlexiLay does not hold customer funds.

For customers
