Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and similar technologies, and how to manage them.
Last updated · 23 June 2026
1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Flexilay Pty Ltd (“Flexilay”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies across our websites and portals, including flexilay.com and the Flexilay app. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as local storage, pixels and tags — work in comparable ways. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, keep you signed in, measure how the site is used, and support advertising.
Cookies may be set by us (first-party) or by third parties whose services we use (third-party). They may last only for your session (session cookies) or remain until they expire or are deleted (persistent cookies).
3. How we use cookies
We group cookies into three categories:
| Category | Purpose | Examples |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for the service to work — signing in, keeping your session secure, fraud and bot protection, and processing payments. These can't be switched off. | Session and security cookies (e.g. login session, CSRF token); Cloudflare Turnstile; Stripe payment cookies. |
| Analytics & performance | Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Where required, these are set only with your consent. | Google Analytics (e.g. _ga). |
| Advertising & targeting | Measure the performance of our advertising, attribute conversions, and help us show relevant ads (including to people with similar characteristics). Where required, set only with your consent. | Google Ads / the Google tag (e.g. conversion-linker cookies). |
4. Third-party services we use
Some cookies are set by third parties whose tools we rely on. The main ones are:
- Google — Google Analytics and Google Ads (the Google tag), for analytics, conversion measurement and advertising audiences. See Google's cookie information.
- Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention on payment pages.
- Cloudflare — Turnstile, to protect forms from bots and abuse.
- Live chat / support tools — where enabled, to provide in-app support.
These providers process data under their own privacy and cookie policies. We do not control the cookies set directly by them.
5. Managing your choices
You can control cookies in several ways:
- Browser settings — most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking strictly-necessary cookies may stop parts of the service from working.
- Advertising — manage Google ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com, and opt out of interest-based ads via youronlinechoices.com or optout.aboutads.info.
- Analytics — opt out of Google Analytics across sites with Google's browser add-on.
- Consent — where we are required to obtain consent for non-essential cookies (for example in the EU/UK), you can change or withdraw your choice at any time.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
