How does Flexilay work?

Customers choose Flexilay at checkout, select a deposit and payment frequency, and Flexilay collects payments automatically via Stripe. The merchant releases the order once the plan completes.

Do I get paid immediately?

You receive each scheduled payment as it's collected by Stripe. Funds settle to your account on your normal Stripe payout schedule.

Is this Buy Now Pay Later?

Can customers pay early?

What happens if a payment fails?

Flexilay automatically retries the payment, notifies the customer, and gives them tools to catch up — without penalising them.
